Moment.js not accessible in bundled versions.

It says in the Chart.js docs that the bundled versions include moment.js so we don’t need to download it and use it separately in case we want an axis to represent time.   1. Chart.bundle.js is a self contained release in which moment is not accessible from outside. I think this StackOverflow answer gives a great answer to your issue.

    I don’t know if we should expose moment somewhere under Chart (Chart.moment?), though we are considering to drop moment for another library. I’m actually thinking that we should deprecate these bundled builds because it brings more confusion and rigidity than benefits compare to importing moment and Chart.js separately.
